August 27 — Marketing Your Small Business
Take the first steps to creating a 6-month marketing plan for your business that will support you in achieving your goals to increase sales and build customer loyalty. Bring copies of your current marketing materials, ads and logo and receive tips on how to make them more effective. At the day’s conclusion, you will have written key elements of a marketing plan and have a strategy for researching your market.
September 3 -- Effective Supervision
Regardless of your supervisory experience, you will acquire new ideas and enhance your skills in this course. This seminar is power-packed with real-world tips to help you maximize your management role and fresh ideas to motivate you and your team.
September 24 — Business Plan
Development
During this interactive day you will ask the questions that lead to the creation of a business plan for your new or existing business. During the day you will develop the product description, marketing strategy and create financial projections with the support of peers. Get feedback on the viability of your business ideas and create an overall strategy to ensure success.
